Where to find gear: Pack 62 scouts can find gear at the Loveland Scout Shop, Cabela's in Thornton, or REI in Boulder/Denver.
Every scout starts somewhere. Our experienced den leaders and adult volunteers make sure first-time campers feel safe, supported, and excited — not overwhelmed.
Pack 62 has tents, cooking equipment, and other gear available for families who don't have everything yet. Just ask.
Parents are welcome — and encouraged — to camp alongside their scouts, especially for younger dens.
Adults who want to lead overnight camping trips complete BALOO training through the AWC. Ask your den leader about the next available course.
